This blueberry and bacon keto pancake recipe is very easy to make.
My brother Jared is co-hosting with me in this video, he has been on the keto diet for about 6 months now and wanted to do a series of keto cooking videos and asked me to help him out.

1 cup almond flour (96g)
1/3 cup coconut flour (43g)
1/2 tsp baking powder (3g)
1/4 tsp baking soda (1g)
pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
2 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk or buttermilk (125 mL to 187 mL)
1 Tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil (15g)
1 Tbsp of Xylitol sweetener (optional) (15g)
1/4 cup blueberries (optional)
1/8 cup real bacon bits (optional)
