How to Make Keto Pancakes | Easy Blueberry and Bacon Keto Pancake Recipe

In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt we will show you how to make Keto Pancakes.

This blueberry and bacon keto pancake recipe is very easy to make.

My brother Jared is co-hosting with me in this video, he has been on the keto diet for about 6 months now and wanted to do a series of keto cooking videos and asked me to help him out.

Jared is a Life Coach and has been mentoring people for over 20 years he also is a YouTuber like myself. Keto recipes are very healthy to eat, and this pancake recipe is amazing. If we can do it, you can do it, let’s get started!

1 cup almond flour (96g)
1/3 cup coconut flour (43g)
1/2 tsp baking powder (3g)
1/4 tsp baking soda (1g)
pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
2 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk or buttermilk (125 mL to 187 mL)
1 Tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil (15g)
1 Tbsp of Xylitol sweetener (optional) (15g)
1/4 cup blueberries (optional)
1/8 cup real bacon bits (optional)
