This is our most popular recipe and has gotten tons of positive feedback, for which we are very grateful!

Now that we’ve gotten a better handle on how to shoot recipe videos, we decided it was time to revisit this classic keto bread recipe.

Since we posted this recipe on our website a few months ago we’ve been making it every sunday.

Needless to say we’ve worked out all the kinks and this keto bread recipe how to video will show you how to make a perfect loaf every time!

1 Min Breakfast | The Ultimate Keto Waffle

I tried numerous waffle recipes, I wanted to find a keto waffle recipe that most resembles regular waffle.

I believe this is it!!

An easy recipe that makes delicious waffles, just combine the wet ingredients and dry ingredients and mix together and you’re done!
Enjoy 🙂

Ingredients:
——————-
2 eggs
1/4 cup 35% heavy cream
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 coconut flour
1/4 cup swerve or sweetner of choice
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

– Combine all wet ingredients, whisk to mix well
– Combine all dry ingredients, whisk to mix well
– Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well
– Heat waffle iron, add a scoop to heated iron and have it cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned.
– Top with toppings of choice and enjoy!

 

Suggested quantities make about 5 waffles.

Chicken Pizza Crust KETO(Season 2 Episode-201)

Chicken Crust Pizza!

This is very tasty and great for KETO diet.

Ingredients:
1 lbs Chicken, ground
28 grams Mozzarella Cheese, grated
28 grams Parmensan Cheese, grated
Your choice of sauce and toppings.
Instructions:
Mix Chicken and cheeses together. Pat out
mixture to a 1/4-inch crust in any shape.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 400F pre-heated
oven. Drain off excessive oil and pat
dry with paper towel. Build your pizza.
Bake for 10 minutes in a 400F pre-heated
oven. Enjoy!

How to Make Keto Pancakes | Easy Blueberry and Bacon Keto Pancake Recipe

In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt we will show you how to make Keto Pancakes.

This blueberry and bacon keto pancake recipe is very easy to make.

My brother Jared is co-hosting with me in this video, he has been on the keto diet for about 6 months now and wanted to do a series of keto cooking videos and asked me to help him out.

Jared is a Life Coach and has been mentoring people for over 20 years he also is a YouTuber like myself. Keto recipes are very healthy to eat, and this pancake recipe is amazing. If we can do it, you can do it, let’s get started!

Recipe:
1 cup almond flour (96g)
1/3 cup coconut flour (43g)
1/2 tsp baking powder (3g)
1/4 tsp baking soda (1g)
pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
2 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk or buttermilk (125 mL to 187 mL)
1 Tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil (15g)
1 Tbsp of Xylitol sweetener (optional) (15g)
1/4 cup blueberries (optional)
1/8 cup real bacon bits (optional)

whisk or fork
